Air Travel Chaos in Middle East: Over 20,000 Flights Cancelled Across 8 Countries Amid Conflict

The ongoing conflict in the **Middle East** has intensified the aviation crisis, with **more than 20,000 flights cancelled** across eight countries in the past five days.

According to flight schedules, flights from **Pakistan** to the Middle East continued to be affected for the sixth consecutive day, with a total of **145 flights cancelled** today alone.

Breakdown of cancellations from major Pakistani airports includes:

* **Karachi Pakistan”]:** 35 flights
* **Lahore29 flights
* **Multan 12 flights
* **Islamabad:** 35 flights
* **Peshawar:** 14 flights
* **Sialkot:** 12 flights
* **Faisalabad:** 6 flights
* **Quetta:** 2 flights

Meanwhile, in response to emergency evacuations, **167 special flights** were operated from **Dubai**, **Abu Dhabi**, and **Sharjah**.

Attacks have disrupted aviation in **Riyadh** and **Dammam**, where **57 flights were cancelled** and **46 delayed** on Wednesday alone.

Operations at airports across the Gulf, including **Dubai**, **Abu Dhabi**, **Sharjah**, **Kuwait City**, **Manama**, and **Doha** have been severely affected, with **no flights operating from Kuwait and Doha in the past five days**.

Additional flight cancellations include:

* **Iran:** 240 flights
* **Iraq:** 215 flights
* **Beirut:** 58 flights
* **Haifa:** 25 flights
* **Tel Aviv:** 380 flights
