**Taftan/Gwadar (Daily Qudrat News):** The safe return of Pakistani citizens from Iran, particularly students, is continuing at pace on the special directives of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti.
According to Gwadar Deputy Commissioner Nakeebullah Kakar, more than 320 individuals have so far crossed into Pakistan through the Gabd-Rimdan border in Gwadar. The district administration provided them with food and transportation before dispatching them to their respective hometowns.
Meanwhile, at the Taftan border, effective coordination by the Chagai district administration has facilitated the safe return of 1,110 Pakistani nationals. On the instructions of the Chief Secretary of Balochistan, the returnees are being transported to Quetta in a special convoy.
Assistant Commissioner Taftan Naeem Qasim Shahwani is personally overseeing the arrangements at the border. Returning citizens are being accommodated at Pakistan House, where they are provided with proper lodging, quality meals, and bedding facilities.
The Assistant Commissioner stated that the returning students are “like our own children,” emphasizing that ensuring their safety is a national responsibility.
The timely measures and service-oriented approach of the district administrations of Chagai and Gwadar have been widely appreciated by the public, as authorities utilized all available resources to ensure that citizens were not left alone during difficult times and were brought home safely.
