Imran Khan’s Medical Report Submitted to Anti-Terrorism Court
Rawalpindi: The medical report of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has been submitted to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
Deputy Superintendent Adiala Jail, Jamaat Ali Shah, appeared before the ATC and presented Imran Khan’s medical report on behalf of the jail authorities. The report stated that Imran Khan’s medical examination was conducted in accordance with Pakistan Prison Rules.
According to the report submitted to the court, Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi are being provided with all medical facilities as per jail regulations.
It is noteworthy that two days earlier, the court had issued a contempt notice to the jail superintendent for failing to submit the medical report. The court had directed Adiala Jail authorities to present Imran Khan’s medical report during today’s hearing.
