The meeting, attended by Director Development Quetta Division Zahoor Ahmed and officers from various departments, focused on producing comprehensive, practical, and well-researched concept papers.
Commissioner Shahzeeb Khan Kakar directed all departments to base their proposals on solid data, ground realities, and public needs to ensure that concept papers effectively guide policy-making and project planning.
