TikToker Alina Aamir Breaks Silence on Viral AI Deepfake Video

Lahore: Pakistani TikToker and social media personality Alina Aamir has broken her silence over a viral alleged “leaked video,” firmly denying the claims and stating that the content is an AI-generated deepfake.

In a detailed video message shared on Instagram, Alina Aamir rejected the rumors, saying the circulating video is not real and has been created using artificial intelligence to damage her reputation. Over the past few days, several videos attributed to her went viral on social media, with claims that her private or inappropriate content had been leaked.

Addressing the issue, the TikTok star described the incident as a form of digital violence, stating that her image and credibility were targeted through the misuse of AI technology. She emphasized that she would not remain silent and would support legal action against those responsible.

Alina Aamir also tagged Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Crime Control Department (CCD) Punjab, and the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing, urging authorities to enforce stricter laws against AI-generated deepfake content to prevent such incidents in the future.

She appealed to the public and social media users not to share so-called viral or leaked videos without verification, warning that such actions not only harm individuals but also enable the spread of misinformation.
