PPP Worker Shot in Quetta, CM Takes Strict Notice; Five Suspects Arrested

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat):** Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has taken strict notice of the firing incident targeting Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) activist Ismatullah Khilji and has sought a detailed report from the Inspector General of Police, Balochistan.

The Chief Minister directed the police to ensure the immediate arrest of all those involved and to bring them to justice. He emphasized that there would be no compromise on the safety of political workers and the lives and property of the public, and that those involved in such cowardly acts would face strict action.

The Chief Minister was informed that the police acted promptly and arrested five suspects involved in the incident, while further investigation is underway.

According to details, PPP activist Ismatullah Khilji was injured last night when armed assailants opened fire on him while he was putting up party posters. He was immediately shifted to the Trauma Center of Civil Hospital Quetta, where he is currently receiving treatment.

Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti expressed prayers and best wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured PPP worker and instructed the relevant authorities to ensure that he is provided with the best possible medical care.
