Ajrak and Sindhi Cap Symbolize Peace; Sindh’s Culture Upholds Love and Tolerance: CM Sarfraz Bugti

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily)** – Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, extended heartfelt congratulations to the people of Sindh, the Government of Sindh, and the global Sindhi community on the occasion of Sindh Culture Day. In his message, he described Sindh’s culture as one of the oldest in the subcontinent, representing peace, tolerance, love, and the Sufi tradition.
CM Bugti emphasized that the Ajrak and Sindhi cap are not merely decorative items but carry centuries-old cultural identity and symbolize peaceful attitudes. He noted that Sindh Culture Day is not only a celebration of Sindh’s rich heritage but also a reaffirmation of brotherhood, inter-provincial harmony, and unity across Pakistan.
He highlighted the historical, social, and economic ties between Balochistan and Sindh, noting that both provinces have always shared in each other’s joys and sorrows, and their people are culturally close. Such occasions, he said, promote national cohesion and instill pride in traditions and cultural heritage among the younger generation.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti expressed hope that all provinces of Pakistan will continue to respect and appreciate each other’s cultures while advancing collective development, peace, and prosperity. He prayed that Sindh’s cultural heritage continues to shine globally as a defining identity of Pakistan and is preserved strongly for future generations.
