JUI Condemns Recent Attacks, Affirms Role as Guardian of National Stability – Senator Maulana Abdul Wasay

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily)** – Maulana Abdul Wasay, Senator and Amir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan, stated that the party has always prioritized principles, consultation, and national interest in its decision-making, and continues to act as a stabilizing force for Pakistan.

In a statement, he emphasized that JUI’s political strategy is based on the Constitution, law, and public trust, rather than short-term gains. “JUI’s vision has always revolved around national unity, constitutional supremacy, democratic stability, and the solidarity of the Muslim Ummah,” he said.

Highlighting the leadership of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, he noted, “His political insight, religious understanding, and keen observation of current affairs have guided not only the party but the entire nation during times of crisis, whether parliamentary challenges, economic turmoil, or safeguarding national sovereignty.”

Senator Abdul Wasay condemned the recent Islamabad and Wana attacks, describing them as not merely acts of terrorism but part of an organized international conspiracy, with direct planning and financial support from India. He called India’s actions hypocritical and aggressive, labeling them a major threat to regional peace, aiming to destabilize Pakistan internally and sow distrust among national institutions.

He asserted that India has long supported anti-Pakistan activities, including backing terrorist networks in Balochistan and funding sabotage operations, with the Wana and Islamabad attacks linked to the Indian intelligence agency RAW. Senator Abdul Wasay called for presenting all evidence of Indian involvement at international platforms, including the United Nations and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), to expose India’s terrorist role and reveal the threat it poses to regional peace.

The JUI leader reiterated the party’s stance against all forms of terrorism, sectarianism, and foreign interference. He expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.

He concluded by asserting that the Pakistani nation and JUI will not bow to any external conspiracy, and no matter how malicious the enemy’s designs, Pakistan will defend its homeland as a strong, united, and dignified nation.
