The footage, believed to be from a region in Punjab, comes amid a worrying rise in incidents of harassment against women and young girls across the province.

Following the video’s release, citizens have strongly condemned the act, urging authorities to take **swift and strict action** against the perpetrator. Many social media users have tagged the **Crime Control Department (CCD)** — recently activated under the direction of Punjab Chief Minister **Maryam Nawaz** — calling for the suspect’s immediate arrest and exemplary punishment.

Just days earlier, another viral video showed a **police officer inappropriately touching a female passenger** during travel. The officer was later arrested following public uproar.
