PTI Founder Announces Nationwide Anti-Government Protest Movement

Rawalpindi – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Ali Zafar has announced that the party’s founder will lead a new wave of anti-government protests from prison. Speaking to the media in Rawalpindi, Zafar stated that the protest campaign will not be centered in Islamabad but will instead take place across the country.
According to Senator Zafar, the PTI founder has declared that there are no options left but to take to the streets. “All directives regarding the protest movement will be issued by the PTI founder from jail,” he said. Zafar added that he has been personally tasked with devising the plan for the protest campaign, which he will present in his next meeting with the party founder.
Separately, PTI leader Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, speaking in Abbottabad, emphasized that the popularity of the PTI founder remains undiminished. He demanded the release of the former chairman from jail and criticized the government’s “revenge tactics,” claiming they would yield no results.
