Start of Rights Balochistan Package Unveils Shocking Corruption, Accountant Mohammad Abdul Quddus Cancels Scholarships

Quetta:New revelations have surfaced regarding the *Aagaz-e-Haqooq Balochistan* package, with shocking claims of corruption and unauthorized actions. Mohammad Abdul Quddus, the accountant overseeing the scholarships, has been accused of canceling scholarships awarded to students under this package.

The *Aagaz-e-Haqooq Balochistan* initiative was designed to provide both domestic and international scholarships to students from Balochistan. However, recent evidence provided by students suggests that these scholarships were unjustly revoked by Abdul Quddus, raising serious questions about the integrity of the process.

It is important to note that cancelling scholarships is beyond the authority of an accountant, making this act a violation of the rules and a clear case of abuse of power. Attempts by the media to contact Abdul Quddus for comment have been unsuccessful, as he has failed to respond.

In response to this injustice, the affected students have vowed to file a case in the civil court against the accountant for his illegal actions and to demand compensation for the losses they have incurred. They have also called on President Asif Ali Zardari, Chairman HEC, the Minister of Education, and Chief Minister Sardar Sanaullah Zehri to initiate an inquiry into Abdul Quddus’ conduct and take strict action for exceeding his authority.

Furthermore, it has been reported that several media houses in Balochistan had previously requested information from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) regarding this issue, but despite seven months passing, the HEC has failed to provide any details or clarify the situation. The ongoing lack of transparency has left the students and public deeply concerned about the accountability of the program.
