Special Anti-Terrorism Court Charges PTI Leaders and 32 Workers in 9th May Incident Case

Karachi:A special **Anti-Terrorism Court** has formally charged **Haleem Adil Sheikh**, **Khurram Sher Zaman**, **Raja Azhar**, and 32 other workers of **Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)** in connection with the third case related to the **9th May incident**. The court also summoned witnesses after the accused denied the charges.

The hearing took place at the **Karachi Central Jail Anti-Terrorism Complex**, where the court addressed charges against PTI leaders for their involvement in the **9th May incident**.

### **Accused Deny Charges**

The court proceeded with the formal indictment of the accused, including key PTI figures **Haleem Adil Sheikh**, **Khurram Sher Zaman**, **Raja Azhar**, and others. All accused pleaded **not guilty** to the charges. Consequently, the court ordered that witnesses be called at the next hearing.

### **The 9th May Incident Case**

The case was initially registered by the **Ferozabad Police** following the events of **9th May**, which involved damage to both **public and private property**. The accused are alleged to have engaged in **anti-state slogans** and **incited violence** against the state.
