Supreme Court Sets Hearing for Six Cases Involving PTI Founder

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has scheduled hearings for six cases involving Imran Khan, as well as one case each for Bushra Bibi and Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

According to the roster issued by the Supreme Court Registrar, a three-member bench headed by Justice Muhammad Hashim Khan Kakak has been constituted to hear the cases. Justice Salahuddin Panahur and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim are also part of the bench.

The hearings are scheduled for February 18.

The cases include the Toshakhana criminal case, which involves a request to suspend the Islamabad High Court’s sentence. In addition, the Punjab government’s appeals against the bail of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have been scheduled.

Other cases set for hearing include the Cypher case appeal challenging the acquittal of Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi, a government petition against Imran Khan’s bail in the May 9 Lahore cases, and defamation appeals filed by Imran Khan against Shahbaz Sharif.
