American Woman Onija Andrew Robinson’s Viral Video Shows Her Enjoying New York Streets After Deportation from Pakistan

Onija Andrew Robinson, the American woman who had become infatuated with a Pakistani boy and arrived in Karachi in October 2024, recently made headlines with a viral video showing her enjoying the streets of New York after being deported in February 2025.

In the video, which spread rapidly on social media, Onija talks about her journey, addressing the rumors that she had been stuck in Dubai. She clarified that she was not detained in Dubai as reported, and her delay in returning to the U.S. was not due to any such incident. “I’m happy to be back in the U.S. after my journey,” she said in the video.

Onija also shared that she had met the 19-year-old Pakistani boy online and had traveled to Pakistan with the intention of marrying him. However, after staying in Karachi for nearly four months, she decided not to return to the U.S. immediately. Her visa expired, and she was forcibly deported back to America.

At present, Onija is residing in New York and expressed that while she is happy to be home, she is uncertain about returning to Pakistan in the future. She said, “I’m not sure if I will go back to Pakistan yet, but for now, I’m happy to be in New York.”
