Skardu: A tourist vehicle heading from Skardu to Shingus was trapped under a landslide in the Rondu area of Gilgit-Baltistan, resulting in the death of five individuals. The incident occurred on the evening of December 14, and due to the darkness, rescue operations were delayed until the following morning.
According to rescue sources, the vehicle was caught in a massive rockslide while traveling through a mountainous area. Initial reports confirm the death of five people, while search and rescue teams have been deployed to the site to recover the bodies and assist any survivors.
