Speaking candidly during a recent podcast appearance, Mahira discussed how mental health is often talked about superficially, but truly understanding it and addressing its complexities is far more challenging.
Mahira revealed that she has faced extremely difficult circumstances due to mental health issues, including depression. She stressed that those suffering from mental health problems should not hesitate to seek professional help and talk to people around them. “There should be no shame in discussing mental health,” she said.
