MIRZAPUR’S MUNA BHIYA WANTS TO STAR IN A HORROR FILM
Mumbai: Popular Mirzapur actor, Devender, best known for his role as Muna Bhaiya, has expressed his desire to star in a horror film. In a recent interview, the actor revealed that he has always been keen to take on a vampire role in a horror movie, but has yet to receive such an opportunity.
He mentioned that for an actor, experimenting with various roles brings true happiness, whether they result in success or failure. Devender also reflected on his journey in the industry, acknowledging that while success brings its own pressures, he strives to handle it positively and avoid repeating similar roles.
Devender rose to fame with a comedic role in Pyaar Ka Punchnama and later showcased his acting prowess in projects like Mirzapur, The Railway Man, and the recent comedy film Madgaon Express.
The actor also spoke about his upcoming film Agni, where he will be playing a police officer investigating a series of mysterious arson cases. Directed by Rahul Dholakia, this action thriller also stars Pratik Gandhi, Sai Tamhankar, and Sayami Kher. Agni is scheduled for release on December 6, 2024, on Prime Video.
