Heavy Winds, Rain, and Snowfall Expected in Several Areas of Balochistan

Quetta: The Meteorological Department has forecasted the possibility of heavy winds, rain, and snowfall in several areas of Balochistan. The weather is expected to remain partly cloudy in most of the province’s upper districts, with rain and snowfall likely in the mountainous regions.
In particular, areas such as Pishin, Ziarat, Zhob, Sherani, Musa Khel, Sibi, Barkhan, and Khuzdar may experience strong winds, thunderstorms, and rain, with snow anticipated on higher elevations.
According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature recorded in Quetta was 5°C, while Qalat saw 7°C, Sibi 15°C, Nokundi 11°C, and Turbat 17°C. In the coastal areas of Balochistan, the minimum temperature was recorded as 18°C in Gwadar and 20°C in Jiwani.
