Ministers Could Only Level Allegations Against Maulana and Prove Nothing: Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri

ISLAMABAD (Daily Qudrat): Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Central Secretary General Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri has said that the ministers could only level allegations against the Maulana and prove nothing. Everything is with you — bring out the record and prove corruption. They get enraged if the state is reminded of a mother’s duties. Speaking to the media in parliament, he said that the ministers could only level allegations and prove nothing.

He said that we neither become emotional nor abandon the path of patience and tolerance.

Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri said that the allegations levelled against Maulana Fazlur Rehman date back to before 1997; we have been giving serious answers to these questions since then. Everything is with you — bring out the record and prove corruption.

Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri said that the state should get him released, or else everything is happening under the state’s patronage. Loans are increasing day by day, and law and order has deteriorated across the country. We may have used an inappropriate phrase, but our establishment has sold the state in the form of Bangladesh and Kashmir.

Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri said that if the state is reminded of a mother’s duties, they get enraged. We do not need a certificate of patriotism from anyone; their entire wealth is in Dubai and Switzerland.

Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri said that Asif Zardari is a friend and there have been political ties, but this “worthy” Mohsin Naqvi is not even Zardari’s man — rather, he is his mouthpiece.
