Party Offices Are Effective Centres of Public Service, Political Awareness and Ideological Training: Nasrullah Khan Zireh

QUETTA (Daily Qudrat Quetta): Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party’s provincial president, Nasrullah Khan Zireh, has said that the party’s offices are important centres for resolving public issues and problems as well as for the party’s ideological, political and organisational training. In party offices, special attention should be given to resolving public issues, promoting political knowledge and awareness, strengthening organisational activities, and providing ideological training to party workers.

He expressed these views while addressing the inaugural ceremony of the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party’s Ghberg regional unit office at the location of village Mehrabzai in the Ghberg area. Provincial Deputy Secretaries Nida Sangar and Suleman Khan Bazi, Regional Secretary Abdullah Khan Bazi, and other leaders also addressed the gathering.

On this occasion, party provincial deputy secretaries Ali Muhammad Tareen, Fayyaz Sahib, Baz Pashtun, district deputy secretaries Malik Farid Khan, Abdul Wahab Bazi, Syed Abdullah Agha, central committee member Haji Ismatullah Bazi, provincial committee members Fazlur Rehman Alkozi, Farid Kamal, Malik Shafiq Khan, Malik Wali Segi, Yahya Khan Bazi and Mohabbat Khan Bazi, along with other party leaders, workers and elders of the area were also present.

The speakers strongly criticised and condemned the problems faced by the people in the Ghberg area, especially the closure of roads to villages Ghaibzai and Abdalzai by security agencies and the practice of surveillance through drone cameras in various villages of Ghberg at night. They demanded that the roads to Ghaibzai and Abdalzai be opened immediately for public movement and that the surveillance through drone cameras be stopped, because such actions increase anxiety and distrust among the people of the area and affect their daily lives.

The speakers said that the incident that occurred in recent days also appears to be part of an organised conspiracy, the aim of which is to artificially create an atmosphere of terrorism, fear, panic and unrest in the area. Strongly condemning such actions, they said that instead of frightening the people, attention should be paid to protecting their lives, property, honour and basic rights. Subjecting the people of the area to unjustified restrictions and hardships is unacceptable in any way.

They said that the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party will continue its struggle for the basic rights, peace, development and prosperity of the people in accordance with its national, democratic and political principles. According to the party, maintaining continuous contact with the people, remaining aware of their difficulties, and taking effective measures for their resolution is of utmost importance for solving public problems.

The speakers further said that in the light of the party’s manifesto and constitution, party offices can be transformed into effective centres of public service, awakening of political consciousness, ideological training, study circles and organisational activities. In those districts and areas where party secretariats and offices are active, organisational activities are organised, workers remain active, and ties with the people are strengthened.

They said that party offices are not merely buildings established for meetings and organisational affairs, but are important centres of national and political consciousness, ideological guidance, democratic struggle and public service. In these offices, along with listening to public issues and resolving them, regular arrangements should also be made for the political and ideological training of party workers, study circles and other constructive activities, so that party workers can better fulfil their national, political and democratic duties.

The leaders of the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party expressed their commitment that the party will continue its struggle to further strengthen its organisational structure, stabilise ties with the people, and resolve the political, social and economic problems of the people of the Pashtunkhwa homeland. They urged party workers to make public service their first priority in accordance with the party’s manifesto and constitution, and to transform party offices into active centres of public contact and political and ideological training.
