Mastung: Horrific Collision Between Suzuki Van and Truck at Khad Kocha; 4 Including Woman Killed, 5 Injured

Mastung (Daily Qudrat Quetta) — As a result of a collision between a Suzuki van and a truck near Khad Kocha, 4 persons including a woman were killed while 5 persons were injured. According to police, on Tuesday, on the Quetta-Karachi National Highway at Badrang area of Khad Kocha, as a result of a collision between a Suzuki van going from Quetta to Kalat and a truck, 4 persons including a woman were killed while 5 persons including women were injured.

According to police sources, those killed in the accident include Bibi (S) daughter of Ghulam Haider Muhammad Hasni, Muhammad Anwar son of Ghulam Sarwar Muhammad Hasni, Zaheer Ahmed son of Muhammad Yaseen Zehri, and Muhammad Ayub son of Muhammad Yaseen Zehri, all belonging to Kalat. Those injured in the accident include Noor Ahmed son of Niazullah Muhammad Hasni, resident of Kalat Khel, Bibi (H) wife of Ghulam Haider Muhammad Hasni, resident of Mughalzai Kalat, Mahmood Ahmed son of Ghulam Nabi, Bibi (Z) Ghulam Mustafa, and Bibi (M) daughter of Ghulam Haider.

According to police sources, all the persons were traveling in the Suzuki van when the collision between the van and the truck occurred at Badrang area of Khad Kocha. As soon as information about the accident was received, rescue operations were carried out, and the deceased as well as the injured were shifted to the hospital.

After the incident, an atmosphere of grief spread in the area, while further action regarding the accident is being taken by the police.
