26th and 27th Amendments Cut the Wings of the Judiciary and Media; Making One Individual Master of Black and White Is Mistrust of 250 Million People: Pashtunkhwa Mapp

QUETTA (Daily Qudrat Quetta) – In a statement issued by the central secretariat of the Pashtunkhwa Mapp Awami Party, it was stated that the grand historic gathering, held under the guidance and direction of the people of Zhob district and Sherani district and the district parties and provincial executives of both districts, proved to be a magnificent gathering. The party pays tribute to the people and workers. The statement said that the massive turnout of the public on the anniversary of the martyrs of democracy, 7 October 1983 and 11 October 1991, expressed complete mistrust in the imposed government of Zar-o-Zor and hatred for the government’s policy of state terrorism. Through the 26th and 27th amendments to the national constitution, the wings of the independence of the judiciary and media were cut, fundamental human rights were trampled, and making one individual the master of the country’s black and white is nothing but mistrust of the country’s 250 million people and all of the country’s constitutional, political, and administrative institutions. And deep disappointment has spread among the entire country, its political and democratic parties, and democracy-loving people. On the other hand, political instability is increasing day by day, due to which, in addition to political, constitutional, and social tensions, the economic crisis is becoming increasingly dangerous. The statement said that under state policy, instability, terrorism, corruption, looting, bribery, unemployment, and inflation have been made commonplace throughout the country. State institutions have been paralyzed, and interference in every institution has paralyzed the administration. The statement said that at present, the country is facing isolation due to its failed foreign relations and is suffering from instability, unrest, and chaos due to a failed internal policy. The Pashtunkhwa Mapp Awami Party has been making continuous efforts to bring the country out of this crisis, as there is no option but to run the country on federal principles and constitutional democratic methods. Restoring the constitution, implementing democracy, making parliament sovereign, and making all state institutions bound to their constitutional and institutional authority is the responsibility of all political and democratic forces in the country, and the Pashtunkhwa Mapp Awami Party will continue to fulfill this responsibility. #
