‘We Will Make Sacrifices to Secure Imran Khan’s Release,’ Says PTI Long March Participant
Viral video shows supporter claiming he is ready to lay down his life and sacrifice his children for PTI founder’s freedom
PESHAWAR: A video of a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supporter expressing extreme devotion to party founder Imran Khan has gone viral on social media as the party’s long march, led by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, continues.
In the video, the participant says he is prepared to sacrifice his own life and even his children for Imran Khan’s release.
“If we make sacrifices, Imran Khan will be released,” the man says in the video, adding that he can give his life and sacrifice his children for the former prime minister.
The PTI long march has drawn participants from different walks of life, with supporters of various ages expressing enthusiasm for the campaign demanding Imran Khan’s release.

Meanwhile, the PTI has announced a three-day schedule for the march. According to the party spokesperson, the procession will leave Peshawar for Charsadda on October 9, where participants will stay overnight.
On October 10, the march, led by Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, is scheduled to reach Mardan. The convoy will then depart for Swabi on October 11, where participants are expected to stay overnight.
The party leadership is expected to decide on the next phase of the march after the participants reach Swabi.
