Makkah Defence Agreement Is for Implementation, Not Media Discussion: DG ISPR

ISLAMABAD: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement is meant for implementation rather than discussion in the media.
Responding to a question about the agreement during a press conference, the DG ISPR said the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement was not something to be discussed publicly through the media.
He said Pakistan was fully committed to implementing the agreement and was prepared to defend the Haramain Sharifain and ensure the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
“The Makkah Joint Defence Agreement is not for discussion in the media; it is for implementation,” the DG ISPR said.
