Proposed Plan for PTI’s September 27 Long March Emerges

Islamabad (Daily Qudrat) — The proposed plan for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) September 27 long march has emerged, and the Movement for the Protection of the Constitution of Pakistan has proposed that the long march continue for several weeks instead of just a few days.
According to sources, along with vehicles, motorcycles, and other means of transport, foot convoys will also be part of the long march. Instead of immediately entering Islamabad, it has been proposed that convoys arriving from across the country wait outside the city. It has also been proposed to convene an all-parties conference during the long march. The final decision on the long march’s strategy will be made by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, with an announcement expected tomorrow.
According to sources, demands will include the release of prisoners and a reduction in inflation and the prices of petroleum products. PTI is also continuing to consider several other options regarding the long march.
