Today Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Will Be Cut Off from the Rest of Pakistan by Closing All Routes: Sohail Afridi

Peshawar (Qudrat Daily) – Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Khan Afridi has said that today Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be cut off from the rest of Pakistan. They are closing all routes of entry and exit. Are they repeating the East Pakistan conspiracy? Whatever conspiracy they carry out, we will not let Pakistan break. We will sacrifice for our homeland.
Addressing a meeting of the provincial cabinet, he said that for the past three to four days, thugs dressed in plain clothes have been targeting our workers, organizational officials, and elected representatives. A assassination attempt was made on Minister for Communication and Construction Shakeel Khan and an attempt was made to abduct him, but it failed. Yesterday, thugs in plain clothes also reached the house of our Irrigation Minister Riaz Khan.
The same treatment is being meted out to our workers and elected representatives in D.I. Khan and other districts. In Mardan, MNA Fazal Khan was abducted, and unknown individuals also raided the house of Fakhr Jahan. Our elected representatives and ministers are on target. He said that if provincial cabinet ministers are not safe from these thugs, then what will be the condition of the rest of Pakistan? These people are afraid of public power. No sensible person would carry out such actions.

Such treatment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial cabinet members is unacceptable. A few days ago, statements emerged from Rana Sanaullah declaring the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as terrorists. Maryam Safdar’s statement that she does not fear India but fears the other three provinces of Pakistan is an extremely worrying statement. Today Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be cut off from the rest of Pakistan; all routes will be closed for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The rest of Pakistan will remain open, but no one will be able to go to or come from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Sohail Afridi said that what should be made of cutting off Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from the rest of Pakistan and closing all routes? Is some conspiracy being hatched? Is an attempt being made to repeat the East Pakistan tragedy? Whatever conspiracy is being hatched and whoever is behind it, they have a clear message: Pakistan is ours. Whoever conspires to divide Pakistan or separate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Pakistan has our clear message: we were Pakistanis, we are Pakistanis, and God willing, we will remain Pakistanis.
Thugs dressed in plain clothes are intimidating and threatening our bureaucracy, police, DCs, and DPOs. My message to the bureaucracy, police, DCs, and DPOs is: you must not be afraid. If the provincial government is not making you do anything wrong, then do not obey the wrong orders of any institution or department. This is not anyone’s father’s Pakistan; it is Pakistan of all of us. Protesting is the constitutional and legal right of every individual. We are not being heard anywhere. In such a situation, the Constitution allows us peaceful protest, and we will carry out this protest in any case. As long as the right to peaceful protest exists in the Constitution, we will continue peaceful protest. The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and all of Pakistan have a message: do not panic, do not be afraid. The bigger the tyrant, the bigger the coward. We must stand up for our right and true freedom and continue peaceful struggle. God willing, the era of oppression will end very soon.
