Rain Expected in Most Parts of the Country, Meteorological Department Issues Important Forecast

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) — The Meteorological Department has forecast rain with strong winds and thunder in various parts of the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, during the next 12 hours, rain with strong winds and thunder is likely at some places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, upper Punjab, Islamabad, and southeastern Sindh.

On the other hand, the weather in most plain areas of the country is expected to remain partly cloudy, while some areas are expected to remain hot and humid.

Due to the weather conditions, citizens in the relevant areas have been directed to take precautionary measures, while unnecessary travel during rain has been advised to be avoided.

The Meteorological Department has also forecast that the spell of rain in various parts of the country will continue until September 17.
