PTI Supports Jamaat-e-Islami’s Sit-In, Barrister Gohar Announces
ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Roznama) – Amid the country’s growing political heat, staggering inflation, and a wave of protests against the government, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced its support for Jamaat-e-Islami’s sit-ins, signaling a joint front. According to details, in a statement, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf fully supports Jamaat-e-Islami’s sit-ins and public protest. At the same time, he welcomed the statement given by Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman regarding the release of Imran Khan.

Regarding Jamaat-e-Islami’s expected protest on September 20 and countrywide sit-ins, Barrister Gohar has taken the position that PTI will support Jamaat-e-Islami’s entire struggle against inflation, the petroleum levy, and the exploitation of the common man as a vanguard force. In addition, PTI will formally extend an invitation to Jamaat-e-Islami to participate in its scheduled long march on September 27.
