NADRA Vaccination Certificate Made Mandatory for International Travelers From September 14

ISLAMABAD:The Airport Health Department has issued an important advisory for passengers traveling on international flights, particularly Umrah pilgrims, introducing stricter requirements for international travel.

According to media reports, no passenger will be allowed to travel internationally from September 14 without a valid vaccination certificate authenticated by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

All Umrah pilgrims have been specifically directed to obtain their NADRA vaccination cards before departure to avoid any inconvenience at the airport.

The Federal Government Civil Dispensary has been designated as the sole vaccination center for international travelers. Airlines have also been instructed to ensure complete verification of vaccination certificates of Umrah pilgrims and other international passengers before boarding.

A separate procedure has also been introduced for passengers who wish to receive their vaccination at the airport instead of waiting for the vaccination process through NADRA.

Passengers opting for vaccination at the airport must arrive at least six hours before their scheduled flight. The vaccination and online registration process will be completed at the international departure area.

The authorities have advised international travelers, especially Umrah pilgrims, to complete all vaccination requirements before their departure to avoid delays or boarding issues.
