Rain Expected in Northeastern Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK Today

Rain is expected at several places in northeastern Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), and adjoining mountainous areas today, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department.
The weather department said that rain may occur at a few locations after noon in northeastern Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK and nearby hilly areas.
Meanwhile, medium-level flooding continues in the Indus River at Kalabagh, where the water flow has been recorded at 398,000 cusecs.
Low-level flooding is also being reported at Chashma Barrage, Taunsa, Guddu and Sukkur barrages.
According to the Flood Forecasting Division in Lahore, the water situation in other rivers across the country remains normal.
