Raid on Illegal Medical and Laser Clinics in Quetta: 8 Arrested, 5 Clinics Sealed

Quetta (Qudrat Daily) – Authorities in Quetta conducted a major operation against illegal medical and laser clinics operating without verified medical qualifications, resulting in the arrest of eight individuals and the sealing of five clinics.

According to officials, the police and Intelligence Bureau received a tip-off regarding unauthorized medical and skincare practices being conducted in the city. Acting under the supervision of a special magistrate, joint teams of police and the Intelligence Bureau raided five different clinics in Quetta. The arrested individuals include Nauman shah, Mumtaz Ahmed, Zahoor Ahmed Rand, Javed Khan, Daniyal Khan, Anas Tariq, Haider Mir, and Inamullah.

During the investigation, it was revealed that cosmetic, dermatological, and laser procedures were being performed by unqualified personnel, in direct violation of medical laws and regulatory standards.

The police sealed all five clinics and presented the suspects in court, where they were placed on a 30-day judicial remand.
