Nine Terrorists Killed in Balochistan Operations Under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3
QUETTA: More than nine terrorists have been killed during security operations in various areas of Balochistan under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3, according to security sources.
The sources said intelligence-based operations were conducted in Ziarat, Harnai and Soorab. Following intelligence reports, a major operation was carried out in the mountainous area between Ziarat and Harnai.
Security forces surrounded a suspected terrorist hideout and launched an operation, killing eight terrorists and destroying their hideouts.
In District Soorab, security forces detected the movement of terrorists between Dasht Katai and Hajika. A successful operation was subsequently conducted in Hajika village, in which one terrorist was killed.
According to security sources, ammunition, magazines, hand grenades, walkie-talkies, a motorcycle and other equipment were recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists.
The security forces remain committed to continuing operations without interruption until terrorism is completely eliminated and lasting peace is established, the sources said.
