Bombs Do Not Bring Peace, They Only Increase Deaths and Distances: Hafiz Hamdullah

Quetta: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) leader Hafiz Hamdullah has strongly condemned the incident in Sorab, Balochistan, saying that the deaths of innocent civilians, including women and children, were deeply tragic and distressing.
Hamdullah expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of those killed and sympathized with those injured in the incident.
He said the government must understand that peace could not be established through the use of bombs and force, adding that such actions only increase casualties and deepen divisions among the people.
“Balochistan does not need gunpowder; it needs rights, justice, trust and dialogue,” Hamdullah said.
He urged the government to abandon the path of force and adopt a policy focused on peace and dialogue to address the issues facing Balochistan.
