PPP Leader Ali Hasan Zehri Announces Special Independence Day Event in Hub

HUB:Senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader, spokesperson for President Asif Ali Zardari and senior provincial vice president of PPP Balochistan Mir Ali Hasan Zehri has congratulated the nation on Independence Day and announced that August 14 will be celebrated across Pakistan with national spirit, unity and patriotism.

In a statement, Zehri said a special Independence Day ceremony would be held at Zahri Farmhouse on Hub Bypass from 2pm to 6pm on August 14, with a large public turnout expected.

He said August 14 was not merely a date on the calendar but a day to reaffirm Pakistan’s national identity, independence, sacrifices and commitment to the country.

The special ceremony will feature renowned artists, actors and other talented performers. National songs, cultural programs and entertainment activities will also be organized to make the event memorable.

Zehri said the ceremony would highlight Pakistan’s cultural heritage, national unity and spirit of patriotism.

He said Pakistan’s strength lies not only in its territory but also in the unity, determination and patriotic spirit of its people.

He urged citizens to renew their commitment to playing their part in Pakistan’s development, prosperity, stability and future.

“Today, Pakistan needs the same unity, solidarity and collective determination that led to the success of the struggle for independence,” Zehri said, adding that the goal was to build a strong, prosperous, peaceful and developed Pakistan through national unity and collective effort.

He said Pakistan was the identity, hope and future of coming generations, and urged citizens to value the blessing of independence and contribute to the country’s development.

Zehri particularly called on young people to come forward and help build a peaceful, prosperous and progressive Pakistan.

He invited the public to attend the Independence Day ceremony at Zahri Farmhouse, Hub Bypass, with their families and celebrate the occasion with national enthusiasm.

He urged the nation to rise above differences and remain united for Pakistan’s development, peace, prosperity and national solidarity, saying that the true message of Independence Day was to collectively strengthen and prosper the country.:::
