Balochistan Home Minister Reviews Security in Quetta, Urges Public to Ignore Rumors

Quetta: Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove conducted a surprise visit to various parts of Quetta to review the city’s security arrangements, stating that commercial activities are continuing normally and daily life remains unaffected.

The minister was accompanied by Special Assistant to the Home Department Babar Yousafzai during the visit, which covered several key commercial areas and major roads, including Liaquat Bazaar, Kandahari Bazaar, Prince Road, Zarghoon Road, Sariab Road, Brewery Road, Gahi Chowk, and Joint Road.

During the visit, Langove met with traders and local residents and expressed satisfaction with the security measures in place. He said business activity across the city was at its peak, traffic was flowing smoothly, and no roads were closed.

The home minister assured the public and the business community that protecting their lives and property remains the provincial government’s top priority and that all necessary measures are being taken to ensure public safety.

He also urged citizens not to pay attention to rumors or negative reports and encouraged them to continue their daily activities with confidence in the prevailing peaceful environment.
