Tribal Leader Mir Saifullah Domki Seriously Injured in Daylight Assassination Attempt in Sibi

SIBI: Tribal leader Mir Saifullah Domki was seriously injured in a daylight assassination attempt near Bakhtiarabad’s Bacha Band area when unidentified armed assailants opened indiscriminate fire on his vehicle as he was returning from his agricultural lands.

According to initial reports, Mir Saifullah Domki sustained two gunshot wounds in the attack. Following the incident, a large number of his supporters gathered at the Rescue 1122 Centre in Bakhtiarabad.

Rescue 1122 personnel provided him with immediate first aid before shifting him to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Sibi for further treatment. After receiving necessary medical care, doctors referred him to Karachi for advanced treatment.

Medical officials stated that the tribal leader is now out of danger and his condition is stable.

Meanwhile, local police promptly reached the crime scene and collected evidence related to the attack. Bakhtiarabad Police have launched an investigation and are pursuing further legal and investigative proceedings to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and identify those responsible.

Authorities have not yet disclosed the motive behind the attack, and no arrests have been reported so far. The investigation remains underway.
