Four Employees of Private Contractor Kidnapped Along with Vehicle in Khuzdar
Quetta: Four employees of a private contracting company working on the Emergency Flood Assistance Project were allegedly abducted by unidentified armed men along with their vehicle in Khuzdar, according to security sources.
The abducted individuals have been identified as Project Manager Aftab Ahmed Mangi, Saeedullah, Assistant Lab Technician Abdullah Solangi, and driver Mohiuddin.
Security sources said the armed assailants intercepted the group in the Khuzdar area on Monday, kidnapped them along with their vehicle, and fled to an unknown location.
Following the incident, police and security forces launched a search operation to trace the victims and recover them safely.
In the wake of the kidnapping, the contracting company has suspended work on the project due to security concerns. Authorities said efforts are underway to locate the abducted employees, while further investigation into the incident is in progress.
