Balochistan CM Pledges Full Support for Martyred Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar’s Family

Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Friday visited the residence of martyred District and Sessions Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar to offer condolences and prayers for the departed soul. He met the judge’s family, including his children, and expressed sympathy over their loss.

During the visit, the chief minister assured the bereaved family that the Government of Balochistan would never leave the families of martyrs alone. He paid tribute to Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar, saying the judge sacrificed his life while upholding the rule of law and serving the justice system, and that his services would always be remembered with honor.

Mir Sarfraz Bugti announced that the provincial government would bear all educational and living expenses of the martyred judge’s children to ensure their future and education remain secure. He said supporting the families of martyrs is the government’s responsibility and pledged that no effort would be spared in fulfilling this commitment.

The chief minister also reaffirmed the government’s resolve to defeat terrorism, stating that all attempts to undermine peace, development, and state institutions in Balochistan would be foiled. He emphasized that terrorists would never succeed in their objectives and that the government stands united with all state institutions and security forces in the fight against terrorism. He added that the sacrifices of martyrs would not go in vain and that those responsible for acts of terror would be brought to justice in accordance with the law.

Later, the chief minister visited a local hospital to inquire about the health of Additional Sessions Judge Tariq Lashari, who was injured in the terrorist attack. He reviewed the medical care being provided and prayed for the judge’s swift and complete recovery.
