JUI-F Decides to Accelerate Workers’ Convention Preparations, Reaffirms Commitment to Public Rights and Democracy

QUETTA: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) has decided to intensify preparations for its upcoming Workers’ Convention, reaffirming its commitment to safeguarding public rights, constitutional democracy, peace, and Islamic values.
The decision was made during a meeting of the party’s General Council for Qila Saifullah district, chaired by the party’s Balochistan chief, Senator Maulana Abdul Wasey. Provincial Vice President Maulana Kamaluddin, Deputy General Secretary Haji Muhammad Nawaz Khan Kakar, district office-bearers, and a large number of party workers also attended the meeting.
Participants reviewed the law and order situation in Qila Saifullah and across Balochistan, discussing public issues, the need for lasting peace, and the party’s responsibilities under the prevailing circumstances.
The meeting also examined organizational affairs, assessing the performance of district, tehsil, and local party units. Several decisions were taken to strengthen the party’s organizational structure, improve worker training, and expand public outreach campaigns.
The participants also discussed the country’s current political situation, national and provincial issues, and the party’s future strategy.
Addressing the meeting, Senator Maulana Abdul Wasey briefed party members on the directives and policies of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and instructed them to effectively communicate the party’s message at the grassroots level.
Special instructions were issued regarding preparations for the upcoming Workers’ Convention. District, tehsil, and local party organizations were directed to speed up organizational arrangements, mobilize workers, and strengthen public engagement to ensure the event’s success.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the party reiterated its commitment to continuing its struggle for public rights, peace and stability, the protection of the Constitution and democracy, and the promotion of Islamic values. It also pledged to focus on improving law and order, addressing public concerns, and strengthening the organizational capacity of its workers across the province.
