Detained Balochistan Grand Alliance Government Employees Released; Leaders Call It a Victory for Protest Movement

Quetta: Government employees arrested during the Balochistan Grand Alliance protest have been released, with alliance leaders describing their release as a significant success of their peaceful protest movement.

Following the release, members of the Grand Alliance and the freed employees said the development had further strengthened the morale of their supporters and demonstrated the effectiveness of their democratic and constitutional struggle.

Leaders of the Balochistan Grand Alliance stated that their protest campaign for the acceptance of their legitimate demands remains ongoing. They termed the release of the detained employees an important milestone in their movement and vowed to continue their efforts until all outstanding demands are addressed.

They reiterated that the organization would pursue every constitutional and democratic avenue available to safeguard the rights of government employees and achieve its objectives through peaceful means.

The alliance emphasized that the protest movement will continue until meaningful progress is made on the issues raised by government employees across the province.
