Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Claim Missile and Drone Strikes on US Military Sites in Bahrain

Tehran:** Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed responsibility for a new wave of missile and drone attacks against U.S. military facilities in Bahrain as part of the second phase of **Operation Nasr 2**.
According to an IRGC statement, its naval forces launched missile and drone strikes on the **Juffair military base**, claiming to have hit several ammunition depots, a satellite communications center, and a building used by U.S. forces.
The statement further alleged that the IRGC’s naval and missile units also targeted the **U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet headquarters** in Bahrain, claiming the attacks ignited fuel storage tanks.
The IRGC also claimed that the strikes destroyed a **Patriot radar system**, the Fifth Fleet’s **air-control radar**, and a **C-RAM early warning radar system**.
In addition, the statement asserted that a center used to control maritime drones was completely destroyed.
*These claims were made by the IRGC and had not been independently verified at the time of reporting.*
