Balochistan IG Police Visits Killi Babri Hanna, Praises Officers’ Role in Counterterrorism Operations
QUETTA: Muhammad Tahir, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Balochistan, visited Killi Babri Hanna, accompanied by Imran Shaukat and other senior police officers.
During the visit, the IGP was given a detailed briefing on the ongoing security operation in Killi Babri, Shaban, and surrounding areas. He also met police officers and personnel participating in the operation and commended their professionalism, courage, and sacrifices.
Addressing the officers, Muhammad Tahir said that the Balochistan Police is playing a frontline role alongside other law enforcement agencies in the fight against terrorism.
He said the force has made immense sacrifices to uphold the rule of law and protect the lives and property of citizens, with many police personnel laying down their lives in the line of duty.
The IGP added that Balochistan Police officers continue to serve on the front lines shoulder to shoulder with other security agencies and will remain committed to the fight against terrorism until it is completely eradicated.
