Fake Faith Healer, Accomplice Booked for Alleged Rape of Two Minor Girls in Mirpurkhas; One Dies

MIRPURKHAS: Police have registered a criminal case against an alleged fake faith healer and his accomplice for the alleged rape of two minor girls in Mirpurkhas, an incident that resulted in the death of one victim.

The case was lodged on the complaint of the deceased girl’s father and includes charges of murder, kidnapping, and rape.

According to the First Information Report (FIR), the accused allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted the two minor girls. One of the victims later died, while the second girl remains in critical condition and is undergoing treatment at a hospital.

Police said the main suspect, identified as the alleged fake faith healer, has been arrested, while efforts are underway to trace and apprehend his absconding accomplice.
