Raiwind Annual Tablighi Congregation Begins November 6; Over One Million Participants Expected
Special Trains and Electric Buses Announced for Visitors’ Convenience

**Raiwind (Daily Qudrat Quetta)** – The annual *Raiwind Tablighi Ijtema* (global Islamic congregation) will commence its **first phase on Thursday, November 6**, with preparations entering their final stages. The congregation, organized by the Tablighi Jamaat, attracts hundreds of thousands of participants from across Pakistan and around the world each year.
According to organizers, the **first phase** will begin after *Asr* prayers on **November 6** at the vast Raiwind Sand Road grounds and will conclude with a collective prayer (*Dua*) on **Sunday, November 9**. The **second phase** will start on **Thursday, November 13** and end on **Sunday, November 16** with the final *Dua*.
In the first phase, participants will arrive from **Dir, Bajaur, Buner, Chitral, Sargodha, Khushab, Bhakkar, Mianwali, all districts of Sindh (except Karachi), Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Chakwal, Jhelum, Attock, Kashmir, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, and Karak**.
The second phase will include attendees from **Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Narowal, Mandi Bahauddin, Sheikhupura, Hafizabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Kohistan, Battagram, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Lodhran, Kohat, Bannu, Orakzai, Kurram, Mardan, Swabi, and South Malakand**.
Organizers have made arrangements for the accommodation and meals of **over one million participants**. Pakistan Railways will operate **special trains** for the event, and all non-stop trains will make temporary stops at **Raiwind Junction** during the congregation days.
Additionally, the **Chief Minister of Punjab** has announced the operation of **electric buses** to facilitate transportation for the large number of devotees expected to attend the event.
