Interpol Ends Investigation Against Zulfi Bukhari, Cancels Red Notice

Islamabad: The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has officially terminated its investigation against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zulfi Bukhari and cancelled the Red Notice issued against him.

According to details, Interpol informed Zulfi Bukhari’s legal team through a formal letter that the investigation has been closed and the Red Notice withdrawn. Interpol stated that the decision was made after a thorough review of the application submitted by Bukhari’s lawyers along with the information and evidence provided by the Government of Pakistan.

The development is being seen as significant relief for Zulfi Bukhari, as Interpol concluded that the available material did not justify the continuation of proceedings.
