PCB to Build International-Standard Cricket Stadium in Jeddah Under Landmark Saudi Partnership

Lahore:** The Pakistan Cricket Board has signed a landmark agreement with the Saudi Arabia Cricket Federation to develop a modern international-standard cricket stadium in **Jeddah**, marking a major step in the growth of cricket in Saudi Arabia.
The strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and Saudi Arabia Cricket Federation Chairman Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Mohammed Al Saud.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on cricket infrastructure development, technical expertise, venue planning, and operational standards to establish a world-class cricket venue capable of hosting international matches and major global events.
The project is expected to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s cricket infrastructure, create new opportunities for players, and support the country’s ambitions to host international cricket competitions in the future.


Prince Saud bin Mishaal said the partnership goes beyond stadium construction, describing it as an important step toward building a sustainable future for cricket in Saudi Arabia through long-term cooperation and investment.
Mohsin Naqvi said the PCB is proud to contribute to the development of cricket in Saudi Arabia and expressed confidence that the partnership will not only promote the sport but also further strengthen ties between the two countries.
