Lahore Court Extends Interim Bail of MPA Saqib Chadhar and Wife in Harassment Case

Lahore:A sessions court in Lahore has extended the interim bail of Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) **Saqib Chadhar** and his wife until July 2 in a case involving allegations of harassment and death threats against actress **Momina Iqbal**.

The hearing was conducted by an Additional Sessions Judge, during which Saqib Chadhar and his wife appeared before the court to mark their attendance.

During the proceedings, the investigating officer from the **National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA)** informed the court that the suspects’ mobile phones had been sent for forensic examination and that additional time was required to complete the investigation.

Following the submission, the court extended the interim bail of both accused until July 2 and directed the NCCIA to submit an updated investigation report at the next hearing.

The case was registered by the NCCIA on the complaint of actress Momina Iqbal, who alleged harassment and threats to her life.

Further proceedings are expected after the forensic analysis and submission of the investigation findings to the court.
