Iranian Chief Negotiator Says Martyrs Are Watching Delegation’s Conduct During Talks

GENEVA:Iranian Parliament Speaker and chief negotiator **Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf** said that the martyrs of Iran, including the innocent children of Minab, were watching the conduct and actions of the country’s delegation during the negotiations.
In a message posted on social media upon his arrival in Switzerland, Ghalibaf stated that the martyrs and the Iranian people had placed their hopes and expectations on the negotiating team.
“The innocent children of Minab and all the martyrs of Iran are observing our actions and behavior during these negotiations and have expectations from us,” he wrote.
The Iranian chief negotiator further expressed hope that the delegation would not bring shame upon itself before the martyrs and the Iranian nation.
“I hope we will not be a source of embarrassment before the martyrs and the people of Iran. I pray that I may honorably reunite with those friends whom I eagerly await,” he added.
