Peoples Air Ambulance Service Important Facility for Remote Patients: Balochistan CM

Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has said that the Peoples Air Ambulance Service launched by the provincial government is playing an important role in providing timely medical assistance and better treatment facilities to patients in remote and underdeveloped areas.

In his special message on World Blood Donor Day, the Chief Minister said that safe blood availability is crucial for saving the lives of patients transported through this service.

He said that World Blood Donor Day highlights the spirit of humanity, sacrifice, and social responsibility. According to him, a single blood donation can become a message of life, hope, and protection for someone, while safe and voluntary blood supply is a fundamental requirement of an effective healthcare system.

The Chief Minister noted that the lives of patients involved in accidents, surgeries, childbirth, and various diseases depend on timely blood availability. He described voluntary blood donors as true heroes of humanity who play a vital role in saving precious lives.

Sarfraz Bugti said that the Balochistan government is introducing historic reforms in the health sector to ensure quality and timely medical facilities for the public, and several initiatives are being implemented to improve healthcare delivery.

He urged youth, educational institutions, social workers, and welfare organizations to promote a culture of voluntary blood donation.

The Chief Minister also appealed to the public to actively participate in blood donation drives to help save human lives and serve humanity.
