Severe Heat and Dry Weather Across Balochistan, Temperature Reaches 48°C in Turbat
Quetta (Kudrat News): According to the latest report issued by the Meteorological Department, most districts of Balochistan will continue to experience hot and dry weather conditions, while a change in weather is expected in some areas.
The Meteorological Department has forecast strong winds and thunderstorms with rain in Barkhan, Zhob, and Musakhel districts.
According to the report, the maximum temperatures recorded in different cities of the province were: Turbat 48°C, Nokundi 42°C, Sibi 40°C, Jiwani 38°C, Gwadar 36°C, Chaman and Zhob 34°C, Quetta 34°C, Kalat 31°C, and Ziarat 26°C.
The report further stated that the highest temperature was recorded in Turbat at 48°C, making it the hottest place in the province, while the lowest temperature was recorded in the tourist destination Ziarat at 26°C.
